FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Announcing a big Twist Show! One of America's leading rock'n'roll combos, THE SATURN V FEATURING ORBIT are a dance and show band -- playing twist, stomp, r'n'b, frat rock and roll, beat, and surf instrumentals -- and hail from San Francisco, CA.

Having survived at least three garage rock revivals, these Bay Area originals have packed dance floors from Las Vegas to London since 1995.

The Saturn V (pronounced 5 or vee) has a pedigree longer than a foot long hotdog -- guitarist Johnny Bartlett honed his surf/comedy stylings in The Phantom Surfers; drummer Ron Silva led garage legends The Crawdaddys; keyboardist Dr. Pat Phelan MD comes from South City faves The Brentwoods; singer Orbit hails from Bay Area bubblegum garage pleasers Orbit & The Purple Knifs; and bass player David E. "Sour" Troutt has a serious musical background with the USC marching band. Go Trojans!

These cable car ridin' fools feature a wild stage show with non-stop gags and gimmicks and their crowd pleasing Twist Contest. The winner gets a transistor radio.
